The glorious ever-changing gardens at Hyde Hall are a joy all year round, with newly restored Rose Garden, World Vegetable Garden and many other features. Take a leisurely stroll then go to the Hilltop or Barn restaurant and enjoy an inclusive high tea.

Built in 1634,the home of Rudyard Kipling author of the Jungle book, is still faithful to the furnishings that Kipling left. The gardens include a formal rose garden, windmill, wildflower meadow, lily pond, orchard mulberry garden and the “the quarterdeck”. Light lunches are available in the Mulberry tea rooms.

Spend the morning in the medieval town with the famous castle and one of England’s oldest cathedrals. Time for lunch and coffee before visiting the The World Garden at Lullingstone, extensively planted with flowers and plants from all over the world including an orchid house, Moroccan Blue Room and cloud garden. There will be time for afternoon tea and picnics are welcome.

Owned by the same family since 1516 and current home to the 28th Baroness Willoughby de Eresby, the house is filled with fine furniture, paintings and tapestries. Explore the beautiful kitchen garden, walled and rose gardens. A wide selection of sandwiches and other food is available from the March Hare tea trailer with indoor and outdoor seating . The Farm shop will be open.
