This private garden, which opens under the yellow book scheme and features colour-themed borders, dwarf conifers, grasses, ponds, a small vegetable garden and more, overlooks a stream and farmland. Tea or coffee and cake is included.

Recently re-opened these grade 1 listed gardens are described as the finest woodland gardens in England. Rhododendrons, azaleas, camellias and magnolias all flourish here. There is an ornamental rock garden and a rare collection of wallabies to see, with lunches and afternoon teas available in the restaurant and café.
SUNDAY 12 JULY FULLERS MILL GARDEN AND CAMBRIDGE BOTANIC GARDEN

Fullers Mill garden is an enchanting and tranquil waterside and woodland garden, Situated on the banks of the river Lark at West Stow in Suffolk, is owned and run by the charity Perennial and maintained by head gardener Annie Dellbridge. There will be time for coffee before we journey to the world famous Cambridge Botanic garden opened in 1846. This heritage landscape has the best arboretum in the east of England. Light lunches are served in the garden café.
SUNDAY 23 AUGUST HEVER CASTLE, EDENBRIDGE, KENT

Historic, double-moated Hever Castle, once the family home of Anne Boleyn, has 125 acres of spectacular gardens to explore. The grounds include rose, Italian, Tudor, and topiary gardens along with yew and water mazes. The house has many sixteenth century treasures. there will also be a jousting tournament hosted by “King Henry VIII”.All types of refreshments are available.
SUNDAY 13 SEPTEMBER BURGHLEY HOUSE, LINCOLNSHIRE. DEPART 8.30am COST £29
Built and mostly designed by William Cecil, Lord High Treasurer to Queen Elizabeth 1, between 1555 and 1587, The main part of the house has 35 major rooms on the ground and first floors. The main visitor gardens at Burghley are the garden of surprises and the sculpture garden. The café and the Orangery restaurant offer light lunches and refreshments.
